Ally Sheedy

Alexandra Elizabeth Sheedy was born in 1962. She is an American actor. In 1983, after her first movie Bad Boys starring as a Brat Pack member in WarGames 1982 as well as The Breakfast Club '85 she was known for being a member of the group. Her performance of Lisa Cholodenko's High Art (1998) Sheedy received the Independent Spirit Award for Best Female Lead. Sheedy is an American writer and actress. In the early 80s, she began her career in film with the crime action film Bad Boys. She was very well-received in this film. The film, which was helmed by Rick Rosenthal also starred other famous actors, including Sean Penn Esai Morales Clancy Brown and Alan Ruck. Her role was featured on screen in The Breakfast Club in 1985 which was a comedic drama which followed her first success. John Hughes' film, produced by him, is considered to be one of the greatest films from high school in history. Although the budget was just $1 million, the film's earnings surpassed $50 million. As she worked on the show the first time on TV, her television debut was made with CBS Schoolbreak. It was a show for teenagers and began airing in April 1980. She also appeared on other TV series such as Chicago Story Big City Samuels and the Kid as well as Hill Street Blues. The most recent of her roles is in Little Sister. Another one, X-Men Apocalypse a story that revolves around a female superhero, in which Sheedy is a guest. Sheedy's amazing performances have won numerous accolades like an MTV Movie Award of Silver Bucket of Excellence Award.
